Our Wee Learn and Together Wee Can programming are designed by a childcare expert and delivered to every child in our program. All our educational materials are tailored to meet the learning needs of each child. From infants and toddlers up to school agers, our curriculum encourages learning through play!
Shilani
Shilani joined Wee Watch as a parent and, inspired by her third pregnancy, opened her own welcoming home childcare. With over 15 years of experience and as a mother of four grown sons, she brings warmth and understanding to her work, treating each child like family. Shilani provides engaging activities for all ages and embraces the How Does Learning Happen? approach, fostering curiosity and meaningful exploration. Supported by her family and loved ones, she remains dedicated to her profession.
Carla
Carla is a dedicated home childcare Provider in St. George, ON, with over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She creates a warm, inclusive space where children explore, learn, and discover indoors and outdoors. Carla is committed to ongoing learning and believes every child is curious, capable, and full of potential.
Jatinder
Jatinder joined Wee Watch two years ago after moving to the city and quickly embraced the high standards of Wee Watch licensed home child care. She has created inviting indoor and outdoor spaces where children learn and play safely. Passionate about ongoing growth, Jatinder pursues professional development and values work-life balance. Attentive and supportive, she enjoys connecting with other providers and is dedicated to meeting the needs of families.
Jullet
Jullet is an Early Childhood Educator who brings her experience from childcare centers to her own home program with the support of Wee Watch. Friendly and attentive to each child’s learning style, she makes everyone feel welcome and included. Jullet creatively engages children in hands-on activities and often provides backup care when possible. Encouraged by her family, she is dedicated to offering a warm, enriching environment for all in her care.
Nicole
After moving to Paris in 2011, Nicole quickly rejoined Wee Watch to continue supporting local families. She excels at turning children’s ideas into engaging learning experiences, often making the most of her inviting outdoor space. Nicole thoughtfully tailors activities to children’s interests, values the agency’s resources like the Together Wee Can Program, and actively connects with other providers. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, stimulating environment for every child in her care.
