Doreen
Doreen has been a proud Wee Watch provider for the past seven months and is passionate about what she does. Doreen believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing space to grow, play, and learn. Doreen’s goal is to help each child grow into a well-rounded individual, equipped with the social, emotional, and cognitive skills they need to become responsible and successful young people. To accomplish this goal, Doreen strives to create a home away from home where learning is fun, exploration is encouraged, and every child feels loved and supported as they discover their unique potential.
Sadia
Sadia has been a Wee Watch Provider for over 20 years, and every day she is am inspired by the opportunity to nurture young minds in a warm, supportive environment. Sadia believes that each child is a unique individual whose potential blossoms when they are surrounded by love, structure, and creative exploration. Her personal philosophy centers on open communication and a balanced approach that combines learning with play, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to grow.
Iffat
Iffat has been a dedicated Provider with Wee Watch for six years. Her childcare philosophy centers on fostering a nurturing environment built upon love, respect, and a deep understanding of each child's unique needs. Individualized care, coupled with consistent structure and security, is paramount to healthy child development.
Irene
Irene says starting her home daycare with Wee Watch in September 2022 has been a wonderful experience. Her background in Behavioural Science has given her a unique understanding of child development and allows her to tailor her approach to each child's individual needs. Irene believes in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children learn through play and exploration, fostering their natural curiosity to reach their full potential.
Qamar
Qamar became a Wee Watch Provider nearly three years ago, focusing on creating a nurturing, small-group environment where children learn through play. She designs structured, themed activities that promote development in language, cognitive skills, math, science, and motor skills. Qamar also models positive behaviour, teaching kindness, patience, and social skills through example and guided interactions.
Afifa
Afifa has been with Wee Watch for last 1.8 years. She believes young children are very concerned about themselves and the small world they live in family and home. However, each child is unique with different interests, backgrounds, and developmental stages.
