Neha

Neha can always be found down at child level engaging and interacting with the children! She is passionate, positive, and energetic! Her patience and care ensure that each child gains the important learning for their development. She is so attentive to each child in her program, creating close relationships also with the families. She values each family, modelling positive interactions. She is articulate and empathetic, listening to the children with care. The children feel comfortable to express themselves in her presence. She is prepared for each day cultivating a sense of belonging within her home. She is committed to providing a stimulating environment and has a genuine love for working with children.

Dipti

Dipti enjoys the opportunity to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. She loves watching them grow, develop new skills, and express their unique personalities and finds this truly rewarding. Dipti is always looking for ways to enhance the quality of care and early learning experiences she provides. She aims to continue expanding her knowledge in early childhood education, incorporating innovative activities and fostering strong relationships with both children and their families. Dipti’s goal is to make a lasting positive impact on their foundational years.

Umaimah

Umaimah is very passionate about working with children and puts a great deal of effort into making strong connections with them. She loves watching them grow and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners. Umaimah provides a quality program through indoor/ outdoor play-based learning, building gross/fine motor skills and problem-solving activities. Also, to promote healthy habits, safety and their well-being. Umaimah enjoys the flexibility of hours she has with Wee Watch that allows her to balance her personal life and family responsibilities, while maintaining a career.

Sakshi

Sakshi has been a valued provider with Wee Watch since November 2024, she has already made a strong impact. With her nurturing attitude and dedication, she creates a warm and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and secure. Sakshi has a well-curated selection of toys that support various developmental stages, ensuring that each child’s needs are met. Her approach to childcare reflects her genuine care, and it’s clear in how at ease the children in her care are, thriving in both play and learning.

Mona

Mona’s program offers fun and exciting learning experiences based on the children’s interests, allowing them to explore and discover at their own pace. Mona carefully plans activities that encourage kids to learn independently while also providing opportunities for collaboration with their peers.
